Anyone seen these Fuse ads? Just curious to see how close they were (an obvious rip, with the colors and all, or merely some simple silhouettes and Apple got their panties in a wad since they, obviously, invented silhouettes). When you go to Fuse's website, you're just confronted with this over-the-top, silly-ass Flash site that you can't find anything on...

I think it is because people think those are Apple doing those ads. It reflects poorly upon Apple.

And why in the hell would someone call Apple...thinking they've come out with a new iWhack device (although, if they did, it would probably ship faster than the iPod mini)?

I would say they are probably extremely similar, otherwise Apple wouldn't be stirring up trouble about them. They've got to be at least similar enough that people are getting them confused.

I'm interested in seeing them personally.

I think they will make a great t-shirt. Better download them so I can take them into illustrator to prep
