What brand of router should I purchase to network the kids crappy Dell to the cable modem? The Dell will have to share the connection with my mini.
Thanks |

I like the Makita 5" table mount, but my brother swears that a Bosch will last longer in the years ahead.
Oh, sorry, wrong router. Nevermind. Although the Dell might improve with a little routing... |

I dig Makita, but I'm more partial to Milwaukee.
For those other router thingees I really love my Linksys WRT54G. |

If you want wireless and features like QoS and parental controls, the Linksys WRT54G is excellent, otherwise, whatever, they're all essentially the same.

Depends on what you use, personally I love my Airport Express, but I use wireless on all my machines, obviously if you don't then thats not for you...

Well, you obviously need a Cisco 12816 router with 1.28 Tbps switching capacity and dual OC-192 uplinks! I just don't see how anybody could live without one!
