Transferring my contacts into Address Book?

I used to keep a MS Works spreadsheet for my contacts on my old MS Windows98 PC, the file has a .wdb extension.

I transferred the file onto my new iBook but cannot open it in NeoOffice or MS Office 2004 for Mac (testdrive).

Any suggestions as I am not very keen on manually inputting everything again.

I have an unopened MS Works CD in my desk from a gateway PC that I found a bought a good few years ago. Found it the other day when I was clearing up.

Hmm.. if your data is not sensitive, send it to me and I'd be happy to see if I can install the app in Virtual PC and email the data back to you in Excel format. Otherwise, I can send you a *ahem* backup of the CD and you could try it.
