First off, Hi. I'm an old member of the TS board so I'm kind of new here. Anyway, I'm hoping you guys might be able to help me with something...
I have a Motorola V60i phone that I use with iSync regularly and it's worked great for me until just recently. Of late I notice that when I try to sync the phone gets a "Calling" screen up like I'm trying to use it as a modem. At first I thought it was an iSync 1.5 issue so I deleted it and went back to 1.4, didn't help. Then I thought maybe I'd inadvertently changed a setting on the phone itself so I reset it, didn't help and now I've lost my phonebook. Now I'm thinking maybe the problem was the 10.3.5 update. Trouble is that I'm at a loss as to how to remedy this. I've found a 10.3.4 update on download.com but I can't install a lower version...
Am I going to have to reinstall the whole damn system? Am I way off in thinking it's the OS update? Will my phone and computer ever learn to get along? Any help you could provide would be more than appreciated.
