very cool...good on ya mate, and good luck with learning the guitar...it is a wonderful instrument when played well (it is the devil's spawn when played poorly...sadly most are played poorly)
happy holidays

That's awesome! I'm glad to hear all is going well for you. Please let us know how you did that? Well, me anyway. :)

Thanks you guys, I'm still hoping to see some cards from you guys, especially that cool MarioPaint artwork...
For my "card" I drew 99% of the stuff in Adobe Illustrator then imported it into Flash where I did the animation. Doing lipsync is wicked hard and I haven't seen any good plug-ins that work for the Mac, though there are some PC solutions out there. The logic of Flash is a bugger to grok, but once you get up off the training wheels it begins to make sense. The hardest, most rewarding stuff is when you can make Actionscript work for you.
Edit: it's no StrongBad, but then what is?

That's still great to me. I would love to learn that stuff just so I can do that kind of greeting card and such on my own. It just is so cool to be able to send a personal message like that. I'll see what I can whip up in PS, nothing like yours, but I'll give it some effort. :)
