I've had my iBook repaired 2 times (not complaining, I know all about the video problems/extended warranty etc) and it's working fine now (again).

I'm just curious what was repaired this time:

I'll type it as-is:

603-0300 ASSY, INVRTR/REED/603-1759 ASSY, SUB, BEZEL,I/O/620-1819 DISPLAY HOUSING/630-4004 700 MHz Logic Board/630-6676 PCBA, MLB, 700MHZ, O

If any tech heads can break this down to human readable form I'd appreciate it. :D

I got a new motherboard, is about all I can grok short of googling.

(iBook 14.1 LCD 16 VRAM)

You can download this pdf for your iBook (http://homepage.mac.com/agabot/.cv/agabot/Public/ibk_16v.pdf-link.pdf) and figure everything out.

Search for REED shows you the Reed Switch Board, INVRTR means Inverter Board and/or cable, etc.

Check out the exploded view to see where the parts are.
