Can create VCDs? I found this iVCD thing but it can only do quicktime files. Most of the video files I want to use are .wmv.

So you want to go: .wmv----> VCD on a Mac is that it? If the files are WMV9 I'm afraid you are SOL, otherwise try them in ffmpegX.
