Just had to register my fondness for Lewis Black. I saw him live in NJ a few weeks ago. It was great.

Lewis Black did a show at my college a few years ago. He was hysterical. I was really looking forward to this special, but I missed it last night in all the commotion. Caught it just now and I gotta saw it was a riot. Lewis Black is just one of the funniest humans walking the planet right now.

Was it all completely new material??? His Rules of Enragment tour kinda sucked but I saw it anyway and laughed pretty hard in person but it was by far not his best stuff. Anyway did anybody see it (HBO special that is )

If it wasn't for my house I wouldn't have finished my first year in college. :D

it was new stuff. new to me atleast. at a couple of points he seemed like he was settings himself up for old material, but he didn't. he started to talk about the weather, and i was thinking "aw man. i seen that." but, as i start to walk toward the kitchen to get a drink, he mixed it up. a few comments may have been recycled, and he still did the screaming and the finger thing. but the majority of it was stuff i'd never heard, and it was all very good. its definitely worth the watch.
