Well, that didn't work.
Notice it's grown since the 11GB at the Apple store! I did turn off EVERY thing in that list. Even with them all enabled, it's only 200MB or so.
I guess I'm going to have to do a clean install and manually add each app and setting again. I don't want to put this much work into my phone. This is why I have an iPhone....
