So I turned on iTunes match and it deleted most of the music off my iPhone! I am not happy about this, I bought a 64 GB iPhone 4S because 64 GB is finally enough to hold all my music on my phone at once.

Literally, it deleted the music. It was there before I turned iTunes match on, and now it's gone. Is there any way to get my music back on my phone without turning iTunes match off, aside from going through my whole library and tapping the download button for each artist?

iTunes Match replaces your library with access to the cloud. You can only have one library on your phone, the cloud or the local. I turned Match off on my phone for that very reason.

Well that sucks because iTunes match basically breaks iTunes genius and I use iTunes genius all the time.

I guess no more iTunes match for me.

Looks like today's update fixes the iTunes Match and Genius list issue.

But Smart Playlists on the iPhone are still messed up with iTunes Match.

I'd like to clear up some storage on my phone. Since iTunes Match downloads songs rather then streams them, is there a way to clear the downloads off the phone back to a default downloadable state, if that makes any sense. Basically just starting over fresh but without having to start all over.

I am sure you can delete it and then it would allow to leave it in the cloud. I'm not sure though...
