OK it's not really from Aspyr but it should be.

Everyone should take an interest in how these assholes at News Corp are conducting their affairs as "journalists" whether you're left, center, or right. There is a right way and wrong way to investigate, report and hold the public trust, no matter which way your paper / station / site leans. It's pretty clear NewsCorp Companies do it the wrong way. Time to speak up and do your part to repair our democracy.

And FWIW I wish someone would investigate CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, and NBC too. They're all an atrocity in their own special way, especially the first two. CNN has almost single-handedly ruined the television format over the last 20 years; naturally everyone follows their lead instead of thinking about the right way and wrong way to do television journalism.

Real journalism (the centralized kind - not talking about news bloggers as that's a different ball of wax with its own set of problems) is breathing its dying breath in this country and few people seem to give a damn. One of our nation's founding pillars was a free press. Worth thinking about because we no longer have a free press strictly speaking. Or, we have abused it so badly it's no longer recognizable and people are so used to it they don't question it.

Do your part, citizen.

NBC Reporting:

Zimmerman: "This guy looks like he's up to no good … he looks black."

Zimmerman: "This guy looks like he's up to no good. Or he's on drugs or something. It's raining and he's just walking around, looking about."

911 Dispatch: "OK, and this guy — is he black, white or Hispanic?"

Zimmerman: "He looks black,"

And I thought Dan Rather was bad... Being biased is one thing. Trying to MAKE the news or, in this case maybe, actually inciting violence is a another...

So long NBC news...

Fox News reporting on May 3rd, 2012:
The Paul campaign is attempting to secure convention-bound delegates in district- and state-level contests to vote for their candidate, though Paul has failed to win a single primary or caucus.
(Emphasis Added)

Ron Paul Wins the LA Caucus
Ron Paul is winning in MO
Ron Paul Wins MA
IA Caucus Win for Ron Paul

When I was a kid, people who did wrong were punished, restricted, and forbidden. Now, when someone does wrong, all of the rest of us are punished, restricted, and forbidden... and the one who did the wrong is counselled and "understood" and fed ice cream.
