Wanting to install classic on one of two G5 machines that I have

One is a dual 2.0Ghz (7.2) the other a dual 2.0 Ghz (11.2). Both have multiple HD's inside. Install discs I have

10.5
10.4
10.3
My original discs for my laptop 10.2 with system restore discs as well

Issue I am having is that I am getting a failed installation with 10.4 on the 7.2 model (Craps out at the Epson printer drivers and not sure install is complete. Also no sign of OS9)

On my 11.2 machine both 10.4 and 10.3 discs seem to crash the machine before installation starts (apple logo shifts slightly and then does nothing for a minute before the kernal panic fans of hell descend upon the machine)

Both of these machines second drives are vanilla so I can play around with them and partition as necessary without too much issue.

Just wanting to play Warlords II on my big screens!

TIA
