I want to get an image to show up an email, and be able to click it and take them to a specific page. here is a sample of the code. Please let me know if this is possible.

Try using your favourite text editor to save that code as a .html file. Open the file in Safari. Then from Safari, choose File | Mail Contents of This Page (Cmd-I).
Mail should then give you a new draft, with what you're looking for. I'd suggest sending yourself a test email with it, as I've not tested this method. |

I've used that method with success in the past.
