I'd like to find a way to access my desktop computer via VNC or a similar service when I'm away from home. The trouble is, my apartment building provides my internet service and controls the router. UPNP is turned off, and I can't forward a port.

I'd obviously prefer a free solution, and ideally one that works with the iTeleport VNC app. Any ideas?
