I'd like to get my dad some wireless headsets he can use for listening to the television since his hearing isn't as good as it used to be.

He doesn't like the ones that squash your head, and the giant ear muffs aren't his favorite.

This needs to be crazy simple.

Thanks!!

Love my pair of Sennheiser RS 170s. Not cheap, but well worth it.

Yes they're 'ear muff' design, but that's part of what gives you great noise cancelling design*. GF and I can get great movie quality surround sound late at night without disturbing neighbours. (You can run up to 4 sets off one base station).

*Turns out the 'ear cushion' section is modular, so you can buy the über comfy velour pads from the priciest 180 model as replacements and snap them into the lower end 170 cans later.

Four thumbs up.

All those who believe in telekinesis, raise my hand.

Tell him to turn the volume up. If he is old enough he probably doesn't give a shit if people are inconvenienced. If he is the guy who used to play 60's music at 7am in the morning next to me then, fuck him, he can die in a fire.
