Need some help, as when I installed XP professional it seemed to go well. When I launched XP the applications did not load e.g. word, excel and powerpoint. Cannot figure out what is going on, can anyone help me?

You realize XP doesn't include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, right?

Moving to Genius Bar. Though, you would probably be better off asking this at a more Windows-centric forum.
