I was speaking to a guy at my local Mac delaer. (Private outfit, not an Apple store.) Was asking if they were going to reduce the price of their leftover G5's. Of course, the answer was no. I told him I want to pick up a new machine when I get my tax refund and I don't really need all the power of an Intel. I also asked him about eyeTV from elgato. He says he really thinks that there will be an update to Frontrow very very soon and the big addition will be DVR. He feels that they were supposed to announce this at the expo but didn't due to a lawsuit they're involved in. Anyone know anything about this?

There's speculation about a lot of things that were supposed to have been announced at MWSF. I don't remember hearing anything about lawsuits, but I gues that wouldn't be a huge surprise.

Yeah, but what could the lawsuit possibly be?
