Hey, I saw the other thread, but it was for XP, not OSX, so don't flame me.
I know about Dreamweaver, but are there any other good or better ones for OSX? How is iWeb...is it worth it if I don't have, or care to have .Mac? Keep in mind, I know absolutely NOTHING about HTML, or making websites for that matter. Thanks! |

In that case, check out Freeway Pro 4 - think of it as Indesign and Photoshop in one, but then as a WYSIWYG HTML Generator. There's nothing like it on the other other platforms.

WYSIWYG editors like Dreamweaver, Nvu, etc. are okay for beginners or for fleshing out some initial ideas, but it's absolutely essential for you to understand HTML if you're serious about making a website. Here's another relevant discussion: What HTML/XHTML resources would you recommend? In short, search before starting new threads.
