Hi,
Iam downloaded Mozilla 1.8a6 from ftp and Iam trying to build it. But Iam getting following erros: nsDeviceContextMac.cpp: In static member function 'static bool nsDeviceContextMac::GetMacFontNumber(const nsString&, short int&)': nsDeviceContextMac.cpp:953: error: cast from 'void*' to 'short int' loses precision nsDeviceContextMac.cpp: In function 'PRBool EnumerateFont(nsHashKey*, void*, void*)': nsDeviceContextMac.cpp:1154: error: cast from 'void*' to 'FMFontFamily' loses precision Iam using gcc 4.0.1. Any help would be appreciated. |

Mozilla or Gecko?
As fas as I had heard, Mozilla was discontinued. Some fans renamed it Seamonkey, though, so I guess that very well could be what you're building. And did you check Bugzilla? I really have nothing to put here, but I feel it's rather strange to not have one. |

I downloaded firefox source code and was able to build it successfully. For some reason mozilla browser's source code wasnt building. Thank you. |
