Hi there! I've had my macboook for 3 months now and I've decided to download a program that says how much of my original battery capacity is still available today. To my surprise, with only 3 months of use, it says that the full charge today will only go up to 86% !! Is this normal??

It might be worth completely draining the battery and recharging (I'll look for Apple's note on this) as this supposedly recalibrates whatever monitors the battery. You are meant to do this once a month or so..

This may result in a different value in the battery capacity (I'm not saying it'll be higher though ) My PB varies by about 10% sometimes (not that I care now - I've got a new battery coming because of the recall..)
