So recently a users's printer (10.3.5) started printing off half sheets. (Epson 880i).

in every application it prints half of a page.

well, every application but Office applications.

so Office apps. print fine, everything else prints a half page, but only when in portrait mode. a full page landscape print works just fine. any ideas? (did a rebuild, repaired permissions) i should probably chuck the cache files, but i'm not sure why any problem would gimp every app. but office, unless they use their own print/rip software.

there is a "print center" fix utility out there somewhere... maybe try that?
how are the printers set up?

Try to remove and re-add the printer to the print center...
