This isn't a thread I would normally start or even post in, but I have to say...I was on the University of Findlay's campus during the upset of Ohio State. For a campus that was recently under 5+ feet of water and is still recovering, that was one helluva party.

It looks like the upset trend from college football will continue into college basketball, with Michigan State dropping to Grand Valley State. The small schools are just out for blood this year.

I'm a huge Kentucky Wildcats fan. Was born that way and will die that way. Hopefully Gillispie will bring us better fortunes than Tubby.

Hopefully my Drexel Dragons can recreate the magic from last season and make a run at the NCAA tourney again.

I was very disappointed last season, but maybe they can get in this season.

Go Duke! (unless they're playing UVA)

Go UVA!

(raised a duke fan, now going to UVA... old habits die hard).

Basketball is for sissies.

LOL, Moogs. As I said, I would *never* start this thread under normal circumstances, but U of F beating the Buckeyes was too sweet, especially when we got the news out on the ice at UF's Clauss Ice Arena. Here's to hoping upsets keep happening.

OUCH!

as a lifelong Louisville fan, I'm really, really trying to not enjoy this too much.

I saw that on ESPN this morning... that is a HUGE upset, though in any sport not called football, such things are easily forgotten in the course of a long season.

Drexel's gotten off to a 3-0 start, although not beating anybody noteworthy.

I'm just glad they havent come out flat after last season's disappointing ending.
