Is it possible to take a still picture using the iSight? I have tried but can't seem to find an app that will allow this, that came with my mac.

Thanks

EDIT: Okay, here's the answer...

Open up iChat, click the green Camera icon next to your name/graphic tile. Then to take a snapshot, with the camera open, click Video from the menu and click Take Snapshot, the picture will then go to your desktop.

Have any questions, feel free to post them

Try searching MacUpdate next time.

Among others, this one looks like it'll do the job: CamGrabber 1.0 - Grab images from a video camera source.

Thanks, on behalf of those who may get a question answered by this thread in the future. Ain't this a grand little community sometimes?

More than sometimes

[I'd put an "in agreement" smily in but we're short on that one]
