I have discovered a rather annoying quirk in Tiger that is really beginning to bug me. It's such a simple thing I cannot belive such a perfect sublime OS has this problem. Anyway I digress.....
Whenever I go to open a file from within an application I get column view which is fine but the last column that has all the info keeps resizing despite my efforts to keep it at a certain size. Consequently, sometimes the info button is clipped and I have to drag the column a little wider. If I do this and then close the application, when I open it again the column has resized again. How can I get around this? Don't tell me I need to tinker with the terminal as i wouldn't have the first clue what to do. Regards |

Try holding down the option key when you resize the columns.
Hope it works |
