Is there a way for them to open a new convo in ichat instead of aol instant messenger? There has to be, anyone have any ideas?

change the aim:// URI from aol instant messenger to iChat...

but I would personally just use adium ;)

Or you could get RCDefaultApp, go to Protocols, and set "aim:" to your favorite IM client.

thats exactly what I said... only I assumed kraig911 could get RCDefaultApp or an equivalent on his own...
