I'm going to college this fall, and I want a notebook, so I'm going to sell my iMac G5. Yes, so soon.

It's the 1.9 GHz, 17-inch model with Front Row and iSight. It has the wireless keyboard and mouse set, and three years of AppleCare. It's in pristine condition, even the packaging - you know me. Sadly, I didn't have the chance to use it as much as I had hoped to, simply because I couldn't connect it to the internet (we were planning on getting broadband).

What do you think would be a fair price for it?

I don't know...maybe $1,000 or so? Maybe more, since it's so recent, in good shape and has a lot of AppleCare coverage left. They were $1,299 new?

512MB of RAM, or did you up it some?

Might be a good deal for someone (being a G5 model, no Adobe/Microsoft Universal concerns)!
