iChatAV + ? = Cross-platform conferencing

Anyone know how to set up iChat to do video conferencing with Windows users? We've got some fat pipes here so bandwidth isn't a problem. We've also got video cameras, so that shouldn't be an issue either. I just need cross platform. AIM for windows? Any ideas?

Well, I got AIM for windows. I figured that much (my google hits kept leading me to links saying I need to purchase their Business tools or something like that). Now the problem is the video window is small. Any fixes for that?
