Seems legit, though. B&H is a well-known company. The thing is, they have the 17" in a few other spots on their site for $2799. If anyone wants to buy a 17", this might be worth a shot.

Maybe they're some refurbs or returns, and they're legally required to sell them at a bit of a lower price? I don't know...not sure how that all works. :confused:

But it's a nice deal...$300 is $300. That's some extra RAM and a nice carrying bag for it. It's cheaper than my three-year-old 15" PowerBook retailed for ($2,599).

I've never heard a single bad thing about B&H. I wouldn't hesitate to take the offer from them. Any questions or concerns should easily be put to rest by giving them a call, but as screensaver said, they're a VERY reputable company.
