And lo, Apple Nova runs fine without me being present. What are the fucking chances. The first time I go out on a date in like a month and the fucking shit crashes. Thanks to Eric for fixing it :)

OK, the DNS entry for applenova is horked somehow. it's not propagated out properly to everyone's DNS servers. i'm hoping it gets fixed quick, but there are probably a number of people who won't be able to access anything until it does.

AN is really run on one of those fancy windows servers that shuts itself down every 49 days to reboot isn't it?! :eek:

no, it's run on a G4 cube because that machine was just precision engineered for web hosting. The problem is that someone walks off with it every few weeks, and we have to go chase it down and plug it back in.
