When are larger iPods coming out?

Never!!!! Apple will lose its domince in the MP3 world due to the fact they believe the consumer doesn't need more then 40 GB. :D Ok seriously I suspect them in November/January.

I think Apple is punishing Toshiba for announcing the 60gig iPod before Steve could.

Toshiba is using their 60 GB HD's for their own music player. Maybe Apple has been demoted to second in line, only to get them once Toshiba decides that it's producing enough for everyone else too.
