Hello all, I just purchased a Power Mac G4 on ebay and need to get it connected to my wireless network. I realize that from the factory it will only accept the original AirPort card. I have found some pci airport extreme cards on ebay, http://cgi.ebay.com/Apple-Airport-Extreme-Wireless-PCI-Card-G3-G4-Power-Mac_W0QQitemZ140131620182QQihZ004QQcategoryZ80060Q QssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem,
are these things legitimate? Thanks for any help!

I never saw any of these before. I just thought that you had to use AirPort for that. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't know much about this.

You can use pretty much any Broadcom based 802.11g PCI adapter in a Mac and the AirPort drivers will recognize them. That's probably what that auction is for.
