Really? It does it every time for me. Just open a new window, type amazon.com hit enter and then quickly switch to a new window. Wait a second and BLAMO! it's in your face. I hate it.

Is it when this window starts to glide down from the amazon menu bar? Then when it is finished it glides back up and slides to the right?
