Hello homies. I have spotted a rather sexy TFT screen, 22 inch, Eversham, (http://www.evesham.com/products/info.asp?e=44B383DC-FCBA-4910-A8D5-170533186805&utm_source=affwindow)for 119 pounds on their site. Now Eversham are a good computer seller, but what swung it for me is that it looks to be a rebranded Viewsonic, which I quite liked. Now I know its not going to win any quality awards, but as a New Year treat for a student, it looks to me like damn good value for money.
But I was wondering what the potential is of putting a bit of TV love into the old girl. I have an Elgato but to be honest its not as versatile as a Freeview Set top box would be. Using the DVI-I or VGA input on the screen, would there be a way of connecting the freeview box to it? Or is that off the table?
Oh well, I may order it tonight if I feel like it, but at the moment I am going to sleep on it I think. :)
