The buyer for my iPhone backed out, so someone else offered to trade me for this. Is it worth ti or should I take the $330 that he's offering?

I assume that G4 Processor is 1.33 GB, not 0.33 GHz

If so, that sounds like a decent trade. Add more RAM to it, and you can either use it, or eBay it.

Yeah, meant to put that in there.

Would it be worth more than $330?

Just wanted to see if anyone else had an opinion on this.

$300-$400 sounds about right for those specs.

Those specs will get you $500+ on ebay.

Not from my latest checks. 1.33Ghz models, that are going for over $400 have 10.4 or 10.5, max RAM and bigger hard drives.

If I put Leopard on there, would it make it worth a little more?

I have a copy left over from when I bought it for my gf, her sister, etc..

If you can sell the disk with the machine, then yes, but you wont get that much more, since its more of a spec issue. Its more RAM an HD space that boosts the price.
