Best TV/Internet Combo

I am looking to get some TV and Internet for a flat my buddies and I are renting. We're in Milwaukee so Time Warner is the only cable provider. I'd like to go Satalite and bundle that with some sort of internet, be it naked DSL or whatever.

What is the best deal out there these days? At&T U-Verse sounds good but its not available in my area yet.
