Leopard Upgrade

My girlfriend has a Macbook with 10.4 on it and I just recently upgraded my PBG4 to a MBP and she would now like to upgrade to 10.5 so we're on the same OS.

So, my question to you knowledgeable people of AN forums is, are there any cheaper ways of *legally* acquiring Leopard other than paying $129 for it from Apple.

Any experiences and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
