A few weeks ago I at work, and started thinking about how nice it would be to have XM or Sirius satellite radio on an iPod. That same day when I got home I went online and went on Gizmodo.com and what did I see. " Satellite iPod Rumors " Wouldn't it be great to have XM or Sirius on your iPod? :)

" I've got nothing to add to the rumors swirling of a new iPod with a built-in Sirius satellite radio receiver. My initial thought is that it's probably nigh-on impossible to cram all the hardware necessary for a satellite receiver and antenna into an iPod of the current sizes, but I'm only making that assessment from the size of XM and Delphi's MyFi player, but still. My gut instinct is that the January 11th MacWorld is going to be a disappointment from an iPod perspective—both a flash-based iPod and a satellite-receiving iPod just don't sit right with me for some reason. I'm perfectly happy to be wrong, though, especially about the Sirius model. " :)

there is NO WAY XM will be in an iPod. Possibly Sirius....but NEVER XM

1. XM already has its own portable player

2. Sony is a competitor to Apple, and Sony owns XM
