What is the best ide for Ruby on rails development? I'll be doing my dev work in Leopard.

Anyone know of a good rails tutorial? I am finding the one hosted by rubyonrails is not that great.

I'm using version 2.2 I believe. Right now I'm really not feeling the advantages beyond a lot of sloppy, unnecessary code generated.

I have an o'Reilly Safari Books account, so I just grab a few reference books when I am learning something new.
