Buy Refurbished iPod Touch on eBay?

There is a Premier Power Seller selling genuine Apple iPods on eBay, incl refurbished ones. I am looking at the 16GB Touch 2G which sells for about $80 less than retail. Anyone has experience with buying refurbished on eBay? Thanks.

I think so too. Apple's refurbs are great, but you don't know who did the work on this one on eBay. Go with somebody you'll have some recourse with if shit doesn't work. Not only are Apple's refurbs high quality (I own a 5G iPod refurb that's flawless), but they're also eligible for Apple Care, if you're the sort of person who buys a warranty for an iPod. This other one may or may not be.
