Remote Desktop v3

So I need a copy of Remote Desktop for my home and am looking for a deal. I've found a few places selling v3 for less than $200 because it's the "Old Version" and just want to be sure that if it's v3 that it'll upgrade fine to the new v3.3. Wouldn't I be good with that license until v4? Thanks!

So no one have any input on this one? The seller claims NIB with seal still intact so it leads me to believe it's legit, just old packaging.

V3 should upgrade to 3.3, I did that with my copies at work and at home.
