I'm thinking of buying a new iMac with the i7 cpu. It'll primarily be used to edit video in FCS.
Does any of you have any experience of FCS and these new quadcore and hyperthreading imacs?
I'm particularly interested in how well FCS is able to used all of the power in the i7.
Can you feel a difference compared to the non-hyperthreading i5 while rendering and exporting large projects?
