^^ Above link is the first news result from Google just to have a link proving Valve is now giving this away for free. :) Guess there was a recent update that added a bunch of maps too.
Haven't messed around too much with Steam to date, but will have to check this out. Loved it on the 360 but I hear Steam has way more support for TF2.
