this option doesn't stick between edits...
lets say you have a post where you don't want the URL to be clickable... so you hit the checkbox and submit the post...
then you see that you have a typo... so you go and edit the post... then hit submit... poof the URL is parsed and clickable...
the signature option does not have this problem and I have not tested the disable smilies option... (well, I am now)
any idea on how to go about fixing it? Report it to Jelsoft?

Edit: yeah it seem that the smilies checkbox works correctly...
Edit again: oh and if a mod wants to test it, just try to edit this post... I turned off the "Automatically parse links in text" checkbox but when you try to edit this post it will be checked instead of unchecked like I left it...
