Powerbook RAM in the UK [Archive]

Hi,

I am looking for 512Gb or 1Gb of RAM for a 1Ghz AlBook and am looking for the best purchase price. Ideally a UK company, but if needs be an international company who will ship here will do. How unfeasible is 2nd hand RAM?

As well as this, what price can I possible expect to get for the 256Mb chip currently in the powerbook?

Have you tried Crucial (http://www.crucial.com/uk)? I got 512MB for my Powerbook for �59 including next day delivery. Guaranteed compatibility for your powerbook as well.

I used the Regent Street retail store. It isn't the cheapest but I wanted to be sure it would be reliable.
