iBook update in 2005

This is my first post in these forums (and the only reason I registered).

For a while I wanted to buy an iBook but I was wondering if the price would drop anytime soon. By this I mean just an ordinary price drop or an older model direct from Apple making it cheaper. I have seen a few posts on this topic but they are from last year.
