So my brother bought a 200GB HD, but I guess the Powermac 733 QS only has ATA 66 so it can't address more than 127gb.

So I really have two questions...

What is the cheapest way to get this drive working? (cheapest external fw / cheapest ata card)

What is the cheapest respectable way to get this drive working? There are ~$25 external fw drives that I can't say are trustworthy ;)

If you really want to take advantage of the drive speed I'd go for a PCI card. This one (http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproductdesc.asp?description=16-123-110&DEPA=0)'s got some good reviews and is the cheapest I know of. I've got a Sonnet Tempo in one of my boxes and really like it.

External enclosures are nice and handy, but if your brother is going to use the drive for anything intensive like video stuff I'd go for the internal card.
