6 years in the making. I'm finally defending my dissertation at 10am. Wish me luck. :)

n.b. I haven't been working on my dissertation for 6 years (that would be brutal), I've been in grad school that long.

Time to invest in a deluxe leather therapy couch.

Why ? he is not the one who will enjoy it :D . He'd better invest in a clumsy confortable chair

I have the problem where I just can not respect authority. I think it may stem from when I was a child and a saw a policeman..... :)

Thanks guys (and gals?)! It's all very surreal right now. We went out last night but I was really too tired to drink too much. I think I had 3. :/ I'll have to party hard some other night.

ps - murbot, you're easy to fix. Whenver you buy a new mac, just send it to me. Eventually, it'll stop being so reinforcing. But it may take a couple dual 2.5 ghz G5s to get there.... ;)
