New iBook?

My question is about all of the updates that have been talked about recently.

I'm in the market to buy a new iBook in the near future (next couple of weeks.) I use it mostly the net and homework, but I also do some graphic design at work, mostly Illustrator and photoshop.

I think that an iBook with a ram upgrade will suffice my needs. My question is will there be anything new coming out in the iBooks in the next couple of weeks, or should I go buy now. (I've been holding out as long as I can, my boss has offered to buy me Adobe CS if I buy the new computer, but I don't know how much longer that offer will be on the table)

everybody has been talking abt ibooks and imacs getting upgraded soon. However, only the powermacs have been upgraded. No one except apple can tell you when they expect ibooks to be upgraded. I dont think they will be for at least another 2 months or so
