Buying an iMac in an Apple Retail Store

Can I get the new, shiny iMac G5 2GHz with the wireless keyboard and mouse in an Apple Retial Store, or does it *have* to be ordered online?

I have a related question: should I buy the wireless keyboard and mouse from Apple (for $60 additional cost), or should I get a third-party wireless keyboard and two-button mouse?

I would opt for the two button mouse. I have the wireless keyboard from apple, and a 3rd party, 3 button mouse (scroll wheel which I use to activate Expose).
