I'm talking about how do you have your toilet paper hanging? ;)
I have it hanging over the top of the roll :)

This thread is intended to be a break from politics, and should contain some humor.
Over the top, always. When you hang it behind, it is difficult to reach or even find the loose end.
I posted the exact same poll at least a year ago at AI... I'm interested to see what the responses are.

BTW, you couldn't see all the pretty pictures if you have it the other way... ;)

its just unnatural to have it over the top. "unnatural," i say. it always seemed weird to me when i see it "over the top." i feel like i'm in "Rand McNally", where everyone walks on their hands, and hamburgers eat people.

:o Well, I don't like the odds, but I'm also an 'under' guy. The thing is...you just can't get a good clean rip with the damn paper rolling over the top. Try as I might from multiple angles the damn stuff unfurls to the floor. Alternately, a rip from the back end is always clean, and I've got it down to where it leaves a couple of pieces nice and hanged in place for the next guest. Drives my lover up the fucking wall though. *sigh*

It you try to do it when it's rolled upside down, then you end up with half the toilet paper in the floor. Which is quite entertaining if you have a cat and you put them in the middle and toss the paper all around them http://forums.applenova.com/images/smilies/lol.gif

It you try to do it when it's rolled upside down, then you end up with half the toilet paper in the floor. Which is quite entertaining if you have a cat and you put them in the middle and toss the paper all around them :lol:

I hate it when people leave it down. If you can only use one hand ;) to rip off the paper, if you try to rip it off, it just goes flying everywhere. Fun to watch if you have a cat, set them in the middle of the (non-used toilet paper, thank-you-very-much) mess and watch them freak out :lol:

I can't imagine worrying about which way the toilet paper is, but if I refill it, more often than not I do it over the top. Honestly, though, it's a pretty automatic task. There's only so much to think about WRT toilet paper and ass wiping and there's probably something wrong with someone who is still cares much or at all after a couple decades of crapping every day. Put a book next to the toilet if you have that much free time being wasted staring at the roll and admiring for the 100,000th time how great it is that the roll is on the wall in a certain direction.
